Refund policy

Trials

Trials are free, so there is nothing to refund during one.

Paid plans

If you're not happy with a payment, contact us from the email address on your license and tell us which charge it is. Every refund request is reviewed by a person, and we reply by email.

After a refund

A refunded license returns to the state it would be in without that payment.
